Our healing philosophy is rooted in respect and a commitment to identifying and building upon existing strengths within each individual and the family system. With your permission, family members and other professionals are welcomed into the process to further support and promote your healing journey.

With over 25 years of experience, the Turning Leaves Center brings passion, enthusiasm, and extensive training to every therapeutic relationship, specializing in anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, complex PTSD, developmental trauma, complicated grief, medical trauma, and divorce transitions. At the Turning Leaves Center, we believe that meaningful growth and lasting change flourish within the context of a caring and therapeutic relationship.


Kimberly Rosborough, MSW, LISW-CP-S, RPT-S
Trauma & Mental Health Specialist
Kim is a highly respected Licensed Independent Social Worker in Clinical Practice and a Registered Play Therapist with over 30 years of experience. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma in children, adolescents, and adults, including those dealing with complex PTSD, developmental trauma, and emotional dysregulation.
Kim's extensive training and passion for mental health have earned her a reputation as a leading expert in her community. She is also a qualified expert witness in the assessment and treatment of trauma, particularly childhood sexual abuse, and is listed on the Project Best Roster of Professionals in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
In her practice, Kim offers compassionate and effective therapy for those struggling with parental stress, complicated grief, medical trauma, and divorce transitions. Her approach is tailored to help clients regain control of their emotional well-being and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.
